Who We List
CondosAgent.com is not a general agent directory. We list agents who specialize in condo transactions and can verify that specialization with documented transaction history. The goal is a directory that buyers can trust — which means we verify what's on every profile before it's published.
Transaction Volume
Minimum 25 verified condo-specific closings in the past 36 months. Condo-only, not total career volume. We verify against RECO records and brokerage transaction histories.
Specialty Focus
At minimum 50% of your transaction volume in the past 24 months must be condo-specific. Agents with broad mixed practices are not eligible regardless of total volume.
Good Standing
Active RECO registration with no current disciplinary proceedings or outstanding complaints. Brokerage must be in good standing.
Pre-Con or Specialty Qualification
For pre-construction specialty listing: minimum 5 pre-construction projects closed. For assignment sales specialty: minimum 8 assignment transactions closed. These must be documented.
What Your Profile Includes
A verified profile on CondosAgent.com includes: verified transaction count (condo-specific), specialty designations, area coverage, pre-construction project history (if applicable), assignment sales count (if applicable), performance metrics (days on market, sale-to-list ratio where verifiable), and verified client reviews. Profiles are updated annually or when material changes occur.
CondosAgent.com does not guarantee leads or referrals. The platform provides visibility and credibility for agents who can demonstrate genuine expertise. Buyer introductions happen through your profile's contact information — we don't broker the introduction or charge a referral fee.
Application
We review applications within 5 business days. We may request additional documentation to verify transaction history.
