Every agent listed on the platform has a minimum of 25 verified condo-specific closings in the past 36 months, with at least 50% of their recent transaction volume in condo deals. We verify what agents claim before publishing their profiles.

The directory exists because the gap between a genuine condo specialist and a generalist who occasionally sells condos is larger than most buyers realize. Condo transactions involve reserve fund analysis, status certificate review, pre-construction disclosure documents, assignment clauses, occupancy period management, and building-specific knowledge that isn't acquired through freehold transactions. A specialist who does this work weekly is in a fundamentally different position than one who does it once or twice a year.

CondosAgent.com is not a brokerage and doesn't participate in transaction fees. We list verified specialists and provide the information buyers need to evaluate them. The buyer-agent relationship is direct, without our involvement.
